When I achieved my weight loss goal of losing 25,4 kg (56 lbs), my first challenge was to maintain it for a week which I did. Then to keep the weight off for a month. I did that too. Yeah me! Since then I've continued to lose and today I hit -30 kg (66 lbs).
In all honesty, I did have a bit of a stomach bug this weekend so I'm not really surprised that I hit -30 kg this morning. Let's see if I can keep this off for a week and then for a month.
It's been a long five years to lose this much weight but it feels good. On the negative side, I need to buy some new clothes because I'm starting to drown in my fat boy clothes. Just another 5 kg (11 lbs) to go. Fingers crossed.
