Steluta's Going Away Party

Tonight we had a little farewell bash for Steluţa. After more than five years here in Brno she has decided that now's the time for her to return to Bucharest.


Several of us got together this evening for a nice little dinner party at a local place. We've been busy collecting photos for Katka who turned them in to a very professional looking photo album chronicling Steluta's time in Brno.

We also chipped in and got her a must-have expat survival tool - a new Kindle. Now every time she picks it up she will think of us.

It's sad to think of her no longer being here in Brno. Of course, I'll get to see her this July when I go to Romania and Moldova for my birthday.
